The spa was magic. I really appreciated the prompt service. the breakfast had a large selection of menu items. i was able to customize it to my liking, wonderful. we even got breakfast in the room on our departure day before it even started!!!

The grounds are maintained beautifully. I appreciated that the rice fields seemed even better kept than the famous fields nearby. I also liked the stream with koi fish directly outside my room.. It was soothing to nap with the door open. Breakfast was served right on my porch each morning. I enjoyed a late dinner there as well.
My initial room was not ideal. Bugs were present in the bathroom and even on the bed. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms very clearly. The air conditioning in both rooms I occupied was subpar.

The resort is next to rice fields. The views from the balcony were nice. Breakfast was buffet style.
The bathroom looked old with chipped tiles. I could hear traffic from the road. Balcony doors were not sealed well so mosquitoes entered the room.

Underwhelming Stay with a Couple of Issues
weak pressureunregulated temperature
The room showed its age, with some clear signs of wear and tear. I also had some issues with the bathroom. The shower temperature was hard to regulate and the water pressure was quite weak. It made showering a bit of a chore. I certainly expected better for the price I paid.

the breakfast was quite repetitive, with mostly local dishes changing slightly from day to day. the pool cleanliness could be improved (i saw some leaves and debris). i also found that there was only one staff member at the front desk, so i had to wait a while to check out. it felt a bit understaffed at times, limited staff

the hotel is surrounded by rice paddies a peaceful setting i found the room to be spacious it featured a balcony overlooking the rice fields the free shuttle to town was convenient it ran three times daily. the pool area was clean it provided a relaxing space amid the greenery the staff were consistently helpful they addressed all requests promptly. breakfast offered a variety of choices the food was well-prepared and flavorful
the air conditioning was not as strong as i prefered
